Intelligence Compass Software Solutions (ICSS) is a software company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with offices in King Fahd District, Riyadh. References to "we" and "us" mean ICSS; "you" means the person or organization using the website or a platform.

Platform access is granted to organizations under a customer agreement or an approved trial. Each user receives a personal account. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, for activity under your account, and for telling us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

• Accounts are issued to named individuals and may not be shared.
• Your organization's administrator may add, suspend or remove users.
• We may suspend access to protect the platform, other customers or you.

You may use the website and platforms only for lawful business purposes and in line with these terms.

• No attempts to probe, disrupt or reverse-engineer the platforms.
• No uploading of unlawful, infringing or malicious content.
• No use of AI features to generate content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
• No resale or provision of access to third parties without a written agreement.

You and your organization retain ownership of the content you put into PerformAI and Workhub: objectives, cascades, reviews, tasks, files and comments. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide and secure the platforms. We do not use customer content to train models shared across customers.

PerformAI and Workhub generate summaries, suggestions and coaching with AI. Outputs are assistive and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You remain responsible for decisions made using them, including decisions about people. Do not treat AI output as legal, financial or HR advice.

Fees, billing cycles and seat counts are set out in your customer agreement or order form. Trials are free for the stated period and may be ended by either side at any time. Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

The platforms, website, compass mark, PerformAI and Workhub names, and all underlying software and design are owned by ICSS or its licensors. These terms grant no rights to them beyond the limited right to use the services as described.

We aim to keep the platforms available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Service-level commitments, if any, are in your customer agreement. Support is available Sun – Thu, 09:00 – 18:00 AST.

To the extent permitted by Saudi law, ICSS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data caused by factors outside our reasonable control. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid by your organization in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Either side may end a customer agreement as it provides. On termination we return or delete your content within 90 days, except where the law requires longer retention. Sections on content ownership, intellectual property and liability survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Riyadh, unless your customer agreement specifies arbitration.

We may update these terms as the platforms and the law evolve. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes are announced on this page and, for platform customers, by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
